If the item you wish to sell is commonly sold on eBay, you can use eBay Search to find current value of the item. When you do the initial item search, you will see what sellers are currently asking for their items. Some sellers allow buyers to make “Best Offers”, other sellers may have a fixed price without the option for making a best offer”. Other items may be sold in an eBay auction format.
As an eBay seller, the number you want to base your pricing, or at least your sold price expectation on is the actual sold price. Do not just do an item search and think the prices you see are the prices you can get for your items. Below we will explain the process of finding the eBay sold item prices using eBay search to find your items. Once caveat is that for fixed price items eBay may still display the original fixed price and not the “make offer” price that a buyer accepted.
Steps to find sold prices using eBay search:
1. Go to eBay Search through the eBay website or from your eBay App
